One Cool offers supports contracts for a variety of tasks, or we are just as happy to offer ad-hoc support if that suits you better.

Web Site Maintenance

Our most popular support, web site maintenance allows you to just tell us what needs to happen. Thy will be done. It is in our nature to be careful when making any change to your site, so as standard we request that you review the changes we have made before making them live.

Hosting & Intranet

Support is standard with a hosting account. Simply request support through the normal channel (which we make you familiar with when starting off with your new account). Please enquire for more information about support terms with regard to web site hosting.

Web site developments that we create are supported and warranted to be bug free for six months following release to you. This is normally more than ample time to iron out any tiny wrinkles that may (although rarely) appear and for everything to be tickety-boo.

Key Infrastructure

We offer ongoing maintenance for key infrastructure that we have provided to your business. Terms are agreed at the time of engagament and can be changed with the appropriate length of notification. Resolution times in the case of support requests vary, so please enquire for more information.
